Refund Policy

If you think your product is not suitable, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To start a return, please visit your order and send us an Email about your return request.
Your order number, return reason and pictures are required to be included in the Email.
After receiving your return request Email, we will provide a return address for you.

Please ensure that the product is brand new and unused. All returns must be made using the original packaging.
If the return is caused by the buyer, the buyer should be responsible for the return shipping charge.
If you return it because there is a quality -related problem or the wrong items were delivered,
please send us an email with some photos documenting damages (if applicable), Arrisea will cover the return shipping charge.

Once the item returns to our warehouse, our team will inspect it.
If it is brand new, the full amount refund will be made within 2-4 working days.
Any damaged, worn, or altered items may be refused or result in an adjustment to your refund, we will work with you to find a solution.
