We proudly offer shipping to the United States only via DHL, UPS or other reliable courier! Please note that order delivery cut-off time is 2:00 PM every weekday.
We take an average of 0 to 2 business days to complete your order before shipping.
Orders will be shipped in actual order order. Rest assured, we will make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on your country.
Please note that any peak seasons (such as BFCM), holidays, natural disasters or epidemics may affect delivery times.
About taxes and fees:
Currently, our store only sells in the United States and does not charge taxes for the time being.
About delivery fee:
Some products in our store are free postage, while others are not. Postage is calculated based on product weight and volume and is subject to the actual checkout page.
If you encounter that the product cannot be purchased directly when purchasing, or there are no shipping methods and payment methods to choose from. That's because the US warehouse is temporarily out of stock or the style is not available for retail. These products have [wholesale only] or [pre-order] displayed in their product titles, and are also explained in the product details. You can contact customer service to check the arrival time or arrange other international logistics and transportation.
For items on pre-order or backorder:
If your order contains pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship all existing items immediately and ship the pre-ordered or back-ordered items as soon as they become available.
So if you ordered multiple items in one order and only received some of them, don't worry, you'll receive the others soon.
Track your order:
If you have provided a mobile number, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message containing the tracking ID and link to track your package's journey.
If you need to track your package, you can visit our tracking page, "Order Tracking" at the bottom of the current page,
enter the tracking ID to queryAfter ordering, please allow 2 to 5 business days for tracking information to appear.
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct.
We try to expedite processing and shipping times so there is always a small window to correct incorrect shipping addresses.
